I use an integrated approach including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR to treat trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, BDP, depression, and anxiety.

In session I focus on improving relationships, increasing the ability to identify and regulate emotions, processing core beliefs we hold towards ourself and the world, mindfulness, and balancing acceptance and change throughout daily life.
