I work with those who are feeling stuck or unmotivated, have had chronic or acute issues with anxiety or depression, and those that are on a journey to becoming their most authentic self and would like to live their most fulfilling life.

I became a therapist because:

I have had my own personal struggles with mental health throughout my life.

More about me and my practice:

I am a part of the LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, and poly/ENM communities. I have volunteered for a suicide prevention hotline as well as volunteered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
