I first work on building a good relationship/connection with clients. We will discuss your concerns when you feel comfortable doing so, and eventually I may encourage you to change your thoughts and behaviors so that you can feel better.

Process difficult emotions and discuss strategies you can use to cope with them. I work with teens and young adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma/grief, self-esteem/body image, and sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

Might feel "stuck" and unsure about what to do in order to get better. Together, we can identify treatment goals and strategies that you can use to reach them.
I became a therapist because:
I have been in therapy and found it helpful to both my personal and professional growth. I utilize a lot of the skills I share with clients myself!
