My work is rooted in helping you build resilience and insight while developing solid action methods to navigate the changes that come along in life. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and grief. I help clients creatively process their emotions. Therapy can be messy and awkward, but I believe it is best to authentically embrace it.

I strive to meet my clients where they are before shifting to a place of empowerment and motivation. I have specialized in Anxiety, Grief, Disordered Eating and Body Dysmorphia. I’m especially interested in the many ways grief shows up in our lives; not just through loss, but in transitions, and in the parts of our stories that are hard to hold alone.

My clinical style has been described as gentle and direct, and while I have confidence in my knowledge about therapy, I treat every client as an individual and learn from every person who works with me. My clients would say they trust my intuition, pay close attention, tell them the truth and empower them with ongoing effective strategies for healing.
