Are having a hard time figuring out how to love themselves. Who take great care of everyone else. Whose critical voice is often a little too loud inside their head. Who want to regain a sense of fun, joy and confidence in themselves.

I became a therapist because:

There is no such thing as TMI! No topic is off limits. You never have to apologize for talking too much. Although we touch on a lot of deep topics, you'd be surprised how much laughter occurs, and how often you feel better afterwards.
