I am empathetic and I truly care about my clients. I’m funny and I think it’s healing to laugh, although I am serious when it’s needed.

Something to know about my approach is:

I am a straight to the point therapist. I don’t want people to waste time or money. I’ll tell you what I think is going on, and provide support to move through it. I utilize IFS, Narrative Therapy and aspects of CBT and DBT.

We will work hard to create space for healing. You aren’t alone in this. We will talk about your current struggle, and reflect on past experiences and how they may be impacting you. We will explore beliefs you have about yourself and how they impact.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with people who wonder why they think/behave as they do - people who feel different from everyone else and don't know why. My clients want to feel connected to others and to break out of unhealthy patterns.

I became a therapist because:

I’ve seen too much harm by therapists. I decided to become the therapist I wish I had. I want to help people and families heal and know they matter.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is in a quiet business complex. You’ll relax the moment you step inside. We have snacks and beverages. Our waiting room is a calm oasis.

Everyone has the ability to heal. Progress may not look the same for everyone, and that’s ok. My practice is friendly and affirming. You’ll feel safe enough to be brave in your healing journey. And if I can’t help you, we will find someone who can.
