Something to know about my approach is:

that I don't see you as broken and needing to be fixed, and I don't judge. I see you and I as the same: humans struggling to find meaning, and trying to be effective in what matters most deeply to us. We'll work together to help you get unstuck.

Together, we will:

start by putting the puzzle together that explains how things got the way the are for you. We'll identify the efforts you made to live your best life, but that ultimately may have fallen short. And then we'll patch together a plan that can work.

I specialize in working with people who:

through no fault of their own, have found themselves between a rock and a hard place. Struggling in relationships, painful work experiences, big life decisions, or traumatic experiences. I work with people who want to and deserve to get better.

I became a therapist because:

in addition to experiencing my on human life pain, I've always been curious about others, and able to see the good while also seeing the pain.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that it is primarily online and therefore accessible to everyone. My office is at the intersection of Delco and the Main Line. My kind of Yin Yang.
