My therapeutic style is best described as eclectic and utterly human. I passionately serve the mental health needs of my clients using inclusive therapeutic theories and techniques.

Together, we will work in collaboration to co-create an approach to healing that is empowering, acknowledges your strengths, and sees you for the wonderfully complex human you are.

My clients describe me as eclectic and utterly human therapist who loves plants, her dog, and sharing resources( podcasts, books, tiktoks, etc.).

My clients are courageously working towards realignment with themselves. I companion clients navigating life transitions, trauma, relational distress, gender and sexuality exploration, sexual concerns, and neurodivergence.

I am white, queer, and neurodivergent. I am very passionate about sexual health, our connection to our sexual self, and our relationship with our bodies. I value creating space to deconstruct internalized messages about sex, sexuality, and bodies.

In and out of the therapy space, I am sex-positive, sex worker friendly, poly-friendly, kink affirming, and Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned.
