Substance Use, Anxiety, Depression, Codependency and more that can be uncovered during the therapeutic process. Let's work through these to promote healing and growth for a happy future. I work with teens, young adults and adults.

I became a therapist because:

I began my journey at a young age where I attended therapy. I felt the calling to continue to help others to have the same experience I did.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is located right outside of Lancaster City, close to Route 30. This offers a quick commute for those in the area.

More about me and my practice:

When I am not a therapist, I am spending time with my husband and our 6-year-old Mini Labradoodle getting ready for a new baby in August. We enjoy traveling, exploring new towns/states and finding new restaurants to try.
