I work from a strengths based approach, building on what clients already possess and encouraging a deeper dive into what’s already known. I honor thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and believe they’re interconnected.

Broad areas: healthy sexuality and/or sexual trauma; other trauma experiences and how you have been affected by them; grief, anxiety, and depression; life and relationship shifts/changes

I value connection and I think we all need it. I believe our emotions are powerful, especially when we embrace them. I value the process of therapy.

In-person will be discussed; most sessions will be online, for better accessibility to services.

I opened my practice during the pandemic, and that wasn’t on purpose. People were confused and suffering and had lost some hope. And I wanted to show up for them. Still do. I was also on the verge of something...and decided to take a leap.
