My approach combines traditional talk therapy with body oriented approaches to help you manage symptoms of trauma, anxiety or depression. I am trained in EMDR and somatic experiencing. I can help you develop new skills to approach old problems.

cultivate curious and gentle exploration of the barriers to the change you are seeking, and discover tools to manage and or remove them.
