I believe strongly that everyone has the desire to be known, seen, and understood. I want our therapy space to take the time necessary for me to understand your stories, experiences and help make meaning of your past, present, and build a future.

Together, we will:

Identify aspects of your life that feel stuck, challenging, unfulfilling. Work together to understand the *why* and then move into new patterns, ways of thinking and behaviors. I want parts of yourself that feel hidden to become more alive.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with individuals and couples interested in polyamory and non monogamy, or have already been in non traditional relationship structures. I enjoy exploration of identity, gender/sexuality/etc. I work within the bdsm/kink community.

I became a therapist because:

This is the only thing I want to do for a profession. 10+years of experience, love being a part of people's lives and relationships.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I remain telehealth to cut down on commuting for both client and me, to make morning and afternoon hours work, and to keep fees low without an office.

More about me and my practice:

I enjoy the possibilities of long term work. Most of my clients have been with me for 7+ years. While not a requirement, there is the possibility of a long term, meaningful therapeutic relationship.
