Our work together will allow you to understand your "shoulds" and how this impacts what you want in your life today. We will explore feelings, thoughts, and your background in order to change patterns, learn new skills, and feel better.
I work with folks struggling with anxiety and stress, going through a life transition, or experiencing grief and loss. Many clients describe themselves as helpers and are great at supporting others, and finally want to take care of themselves, too.
I love helping people understand themselves better, and consider it an honor to work with folks who want to grow and learn.
While I do not accept insurance, in addition to offering a sliding scale, I am also happy to provide you with a "superbill" or invoice for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have an out of network benefit.
