OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
I've been described as warm, humorous, caring, and open. Therapy with me is a judgment-free zone where you can feel safe to laugh, cry, or just be.
Something to know about my approach is:
I am a process-oriented therapist, meaning I hold space for you to share your struggles. I believe venting and processing your stressors lays the framework for us to determine the skills you need to help you live your best life.
Together, we will:
Process the stress in your life and collaborate to develop an action plan to manage it. We will focus on mind and body work to manage internal conflict, and develop strong boundary setting skills to manage external conflict.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are struggling to manage anxiety and panic. I'm also skilled in helping folks adjust to new life transitions and the stress that comes along with it. I love to help those struggling in toxic relationships to set effective boundaries.
I became a therapist because:
I've been through my own struggles, and was able to overcome through good emotional support and effective therapy. I believe in paying it forward.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer therapy from the comfort and privacy of my home office.
More about me and my practice:
I offer telehealth therapy from my home office, where your privacy and comfort is always my top priority. I feel I do the best work when I'm comfortable, and hopefully you feel that, too. :)
