Compassionate, curious, and affirming. I meet clients where they are, creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
My approach is relational and insight-oriented, recognizing how our experiences within systems shape mental health. The personal is political, and I strive to create an affirming space for reflection, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
Explore your therapy goals, examine how past experiences shape your present, and unlearn patterns that no longer serve you. We’ll challenge unhelpful thoughts, validate your experiences, and build insight that fosters meaningful change.
I work with individuals (13+) navigating trauma, disordered eating, perfectionism, and identity exploration. As a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), I provide expert care for those struggling with food and body image concerns.
Therapy was central to my own healing - I know firsthand how transformative it can be. I love my work and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!
I offer walk-and-talk therapy for those who process best while moving. If desired, my certified therapy dog can also join your session for support.
I am certified in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, a therapeutic approach that uses ketamine in a controlled setting to enhance emotional processing and insight. KAP can be an adjunct to ongoing therapy or a stand-alone treatment for deeper healing.
