I specialize in working with people who:

have a hard time with self-expression, feel anxious about significant life changes and transitions, feel stuck in a routine or loop, hate conflict but are finding "keeping the peace" isn't getting anywhere, and want to tune into their own voice.

I became a therapist because:

after a career in nonprofits grinding away at changing systems, I realized it all starts by helping individuals make the change they want to see.
