I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in helping young adults struggling with past injustices and traumas, life transitions such as break-ups and career changes; as well as those struggling with obsessions and addictions. I also work with older adults and immigrants.

I became a therapist because:

Years ago, I wrote about victims of severe trauma and addiction as a journalist. During long interviews, I yearned to help people more directly.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is in one of Philadelphia's main mental health therapy towers. The decor is inviting and the abundant natural light uplifting.

More about me and my practice:

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. Combining these enables me to provide a healing, exploratory dialogue while also helping you to learn important skills such as detaching from negative thoughts.
