I specialize in the incorporation of spirituality into the counseling process. This means finding ways to connect to faith, nature, or the wisdom of your own heart to help you heal.

I have parts of me that really enjoy being helpful. Having lived and worked through my own trauma birthed in me the desire to help others.

Your therapy room is wherever you are most comfortable. I offer telehealth as a way to make therapy more accessible to everyone.
