I utilize a solution-focused approach within my scope of work, however, I also incorporate other therapeutic modalities such as Adlerian Therapy, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also fluent in Spanish.

I am an art therapist and clinical counselor experienced in working with clients with a range of stressors and obstacles such as: anxiety, depression, anger, communication concerns, parenting concerns, self-esteem, self-identity, and trauma.

Since early adolescence, I knew my passion was within the field of Psychology. I enjoy listening to others and helping them better themselves.
