Clients often describe me as personable, easy to talk to, and supportive. I’ve been told I can be more detailed at times, but that my explanations and psychoeducation help things feel clearer, more understandable, and easier to manage.

I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by life changes. Many want help understanding what’s going on and building tools to feel more grounded, steady, and in control.

I became a therapist because I believe understanding our experiences can be deeply healing. I’m especially drawn to trauma-informed work and psychoeducation, and to witnessing the meaningful shifts that happen when people gain insight, build skills, and begin to see their lives change.

I provide trauma-informed, collaborative therapy using psychoeducation and practical skills to support meaningful change. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood challenges, and life transitions. Sessions are supportive, paced to your needs, and focused on helping you feel heard and empowered.
