I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Hypnotherapy (when appropriate) to create an informal yet effective therapeutic process.

I specialize working with individuals who are ready and open to developing into a healthier version of themself. I’ve worked with people who have dealt with anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, etc.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist after realizing whole pursing a degree in Computer Information Systems that I prefer working directly with people.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy virtual from my home office. That allows much flexibility for the individuals I serve.

More about me and my practice:

My practice was founded in 2021 after working in mental health since 2007 in various capacities. I came to the realization that I could develop a program which allowed me to use my training to do therapy my way and reach more lives virtually.
