I specialize in working with people who:
are overwhelmed. Many of my clients feel the need to do it all. They are high achieving and successful, but they never feel like it’s enough. People pleasing and boundaries are something I help with often.
I became a therapist because:
I’ve been through some trauma and for years, anxiety controlled my life. I didn’t want to live that way anymore and now I realize no one has to.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I provide telehealth, so I can work with anyone across the state of SC.
