I use trauma informed and attachment focused therapy. I won’t tell you to change your irrational thoughts, because I know you’ve already tried that. I will focus on the root cause instead of the symptoms so you can find healing.

Together, we will:

Heal inner child wounds. Help you have a healthier relationship with the parts of you that may currently be taking over (anger, overwhelm, etc.). Help you feel more regulated, more in tune with your needs and your body, and hopefully, more fulfilled.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are tired of living in survival mode. Are determined to break cycles. Maybe they don’t know how to get where they want to be, but they’re damned sure going to try.

I became a therapist because:

I know what it’s like to experience trauma, anxiety, and panic. I love people and I want you to know you can get through it and you’re not alone.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer telehealth. I want to meet you wherever you are and make therapy accessible and convenient to you.

I bring my real self to therapy and I want you to do the same. There is nothing about you that is “too much” or “not enough.” I find beauty in all humans and in human nature (imperfection). I want you to feel seen, heard, and valued.
