I am a very down-to-earth person. I like to keep our sessions personable and honest with my clients. We will discuss tough things but have fun too.

I will challenge you. We will dive into things that will be uncomfortable but also celebrate your strengths and achievements. I am here to help you move forward with your goals. You set the goals, I help you achieve them, its a partnership.

I have worked with a variety of populations including teens, LGBTQIA+ community, incarcerated individuals, those working through trauma, substance use recovery and trying to cope with a life transition.
