My clients describe me as:
Compassionate, understanding, and authentic
Something to know about my approach is:
My clients will feel seen, heard, and understood. They will not feel judged with my approach, nor do they have to worry about traumatizing me with their stories because there’s not much that can surprise me anymore, after over 10 years of practice
Together, we will:
find light in the darkness, bring peace to the past, and move toward a brighter path ahead.
I specialize in working with people who:
Have experienced or witnessed a distressing event or accumulation of stressful events that they can’t get out of their heads, avoid being reminded of, and relive (whether through nightmares, flashbacks, or being super watchful and easily startled.)
I became a therapist because:
I felt called after using art to process my own emotions and find new meaning in life after losing my best friend to a sudden and traumatic accident.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
It’s in the heart of the most beautiful downtown historic district in America- Beaufort, SC! Step outside to a beautiful waterfront park
More about me and my practice:
I am a nature lover, animal lover, and artist. SC First Responders impacted by the job may receive services at no cost.
