My approach is solution focused, but also laid back. I do not believe that therapy should be uncomfortable. I have a "come as you are" approach and only ask that you bring your authentic self to session and I will meet you there.

Together we will examine what is causing you the most distress and develop a plan to help alleviate those feelings. We will also gain an understanding of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be contributing to assist in not repeating patterns.

I offer therapy from the comfort of your home. You can get completely comfortable, set the mood, and be as relaxed as possible as we talk.

I believe in an integrative holistic approach, evaluating movement, nutrition, and other factors that contribute to symptoms of distress. I also discuss complementary alternative methods such as EFT, yoga, aromatherapy, and Reiki when appropriate.
