I believe in being genuine and human in the therapy room. I believe healing begins with being truly seen and heard. Some days we’ll dig deep; other days, we might need to laugh to get through it. Both are part of healing. I will provide a safe place for you to be yourself as well as challenge you to dig deeper and use the skills you are taught.

Together we will slow things down, make sense of the chaos, and help you reconnect with yourself. Life can feel heavy when anxiety keeps your mind racing or when depression makes even the smallest tasks feel impossible. You don’t have to face it alone. We will explore what’s beneath the worry, the sadness, and the self-doubt — and start building ways to cope
