Mischa Stringer

Hi! I have a deep respect for the pain and discomfort that has most likely brought you here. I want to commend you for your bravery and strength in looking for support and tools. My approach is uniquely tailored to every client because everyone's needs are different. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to give them the care they deserve.

Together we will navigate whatever challenges are blocking you in your life or relationships and help you to accomplish your goals. Often, we will start with a foundation of creating safety within our relationship and within your life. It can be hard to make change in your life when life feels like an attack.

My clients would describe me as intuitive, compassionate, and competent. I enjoy meeting people where they are and sometimes that means a slow and gentle approach. Sometimes a direct and assertive stance is needed.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples on a variety of issues, including family of origin, complex trauma, and codependency.

I was led to this field through my own journey of family dysfunction and complex trauma. I have always had a calling to help others to heal. My work started through yoga and massage therapy. Continue to evolve to the emotional and spiritual healing that many of my clients were needing.

I often integrate many of the body techniques that I have learned through two decades of yoga and breath work to help clients move stored emotions and energies within the body.
