I experienced childhood trauma/difficulties. I saw a therapist who was so inspiring that I wanted to give to others what she gave to me.

I have a National Certificate in Tobacco Treatment practice which is specialized training to help people quit using nicotine and tobacco products.

I have 13 years experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, PTSD, tobacco/nicotine dependence, grief/loss, among many others. I have worked with Veterans, BIPOC/LGBTQIA folx, people on the Autism Spectrum, couples, and substance use.
