To work with me you will feel seen and heard. That you matter; and, that you have a place in the world. That you are safe.

My approach is easy-going. I will ask you to introduce yourself. What is your favorite color? Activity? Movie? etc. And, I will introduce myself to you, as well. This will help us build a working relationship. A place where you are safe.

An example of some of the broad themes we get a chance to discuss include, conflict resolution, anxiety, fear, depression, personal empowerment, and relationships, etc.

I specialize in working with people who have had experiences that they would define as trauma. This is different for each person. And, my approach is different for each person's experience(s) and healing.

I have a natural gift for helping people-of all ages and race-look at a situation, accept it for what it is, let go of the pain, and choose to LIVE!

The walls are lavender and comforting--I've heard. There are book shelves, filled with books; and, a wicker chair with a red cushion that adds warmth
