My clients describe me as:
As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my clients to heal, grow, and show up comfortably as their authentic selves
Something to know about my approach is:

Together, we will:
I believe the point of life is to learn and grow through the challenges we face while becoming our fully authentic selves. I work to guide clients to greater self-compassion, joy, and fulfillment in their lives.
I specialize in working with people who:
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ folx as well as folx all across the gender spectrum. Being a part of the LGPTQ+ community myself, I am very passionate about providing affirming care to my community.
I became a therapist because:

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

More about me and my practice:
I provide a space that promotes collaboration, is compassion-focused, and non-judgmental. I strive to serve as a guide working collaboratively with clients to promote healing and growth through support, compassion, and empowerment.
