Something to know about my approach is:

I believe the safety co-created by the therapeutic relationship allows you to access your own inherent ability to heal. When we examine our stories and the systems we live in with clear eyes, we can accept ourselves and find a path forward.

Together, we will:

work together to help you see yourself and your choices with more compassion and to gain an appreciation for your strengths and resilience. We'll examine society's place in your difficulties but determine how to find joy and meaning in spite of them.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced trauma and confusion due to part of their intersecting identities. Sometimes after a later-in-life realization of being queer or neurodivergent, or how their lives were shaped by negative core beliefs stemming from abuse or trauma.

I became a therapist because:

my own experiences in therapy as a client saved my life. We all need a compassionate witness at some point to help us sort through our stories.
