My approach to therapy is being laid back and non-judgemental. We all have issues that we go through and it helps when you have someone that does not judge you for your actions. Instead, I offer complete acceptance.

I specialize in working with people who:

are struggling with negative thoughts that usher in feelings of depression and anxiety. I have experience working with people that are trying to function through grief.

I became a therapist because:

I understand what it is like to feel depressed and anxious about the things you cannot control.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

all my sessions are done on the computer so we can have sessions just about anywhere; inside your house, outside in a park, or in your car.
