Therapy takes a lot of courage to begin, you’re one step closer, you’re here. I walk alongside you, listening to your challenges and later collaborate with you to make a plan for therapy. I am EMDR trained, which is a modality that works for trauma.

Discuss the challenges you’re facing and any obstacles that are preventing you from living your best life. Yes, living your best life IS possible; I hope to get you there! Whether it’s a challenge from the past, or present, we will get through it.

I specialize in working with people who:

Want to maintain their sobriety from past substance use. Individuals whose past traumas continue to prevent them from moving forward in their life. Stress management, loss of connection and motivation in life are also important areas I assist with.

I became a therapist because:

Life can be VERY hard and I love being a support for people at their lowest of lows. Helping clients reclaim their power is an honor I have daily.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer tele-health therapy, which allows me to meet you where you are. Soccer practice parking lot, on your lunch break or the comfort of your home.
