I use an integrated approach that I adjust depending on the client. I like to explore each person's story and reach an acceptance of all the pieces of your story that have led you to the person you are today while discussing techniques to help.

Discuss your self-perception, history, relationships, and current presenting problems to work together to understand who you are and what you want to change in your self and in your life and realistic goals for how to achieve that.

I like to establish a relaxed environment where you can feel comfortable while we explore all topics without judgement or stress.

Struggle with their perception of their sense of self, whether that be identity or self esteem. People who are dealing with past traumas. People coping with grief. People who deal with anxiety and depression. People who have issues in relationships.

I really love understanding people and what makes them into the person they are. It is really rewarding to help people figure that out and find peace.
