Like many modern therapists, I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of my clients, but primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This approach helps to develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving to reduce anxiety.

Walk the journey of seeking therapy to help you work through issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, family and relationship concerns, trauma and grief.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are struggling with depression and anxiety. Overwhelmed in their personal and professional relationships or trying to heal from past trauma and grief. My practice is multicultural and inclusive of those from various cultural and social backgrounds.

I believe that with a heart-led and mind-driven approach to therapy, it’s possible to not only change, but thrive!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in-person and online therapy in South Carolina and virtual appointments only for those in North Carolina.

More about me and my practice:

I grew up in a military family, moving every few years around the United States, Europe and Asia. It was during this time that I learned how fulfilling relationships are formed and maintained, and the importance of effective communication.
