I use interventions and teach skills that help you become the kind of person that you want to be. Therapy with me is learning AND practicing how to have a different life.

Deal with traumas experienced through your life, questions of identity and how to advocate for yourself. We'll address issues of anxiety and depression and learn how to have a life worth living.

want to learn more about the "why" of what they're experiencing, and who want to learn how to change things.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to be able to provide people with a space where they could be understood and learn to understand themselves.

I am accessible from wherever you are in the state of South Carolina as long as you have an internet connection.
