I have extensive experience in a number of areas including helping those with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Family Conflict, Trauma, Women's Issues, Infertility/Miscarriage, and Grief.

I became a therapist because:

I felt called to help people in a way that was tangible. I truly care about the outcomes of the clients I work with.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

my physical office is so calm and peaceful. I have 5+ years of telehealth experience and work hard to make the virtual experience just as meaningful.
