My approach is gentle, but honest. I am not afraid to help clients tackle hard issues and challenge unhelpful patterns. I provide care from a holistic framework and believe in treating the whole person. Not just symptoms.

Figure out what contributes to your struggles so we can change them from the root up. I often explore childhood wounds and family relationships with my clients as this often leads to filling in the missing pieces of why they do what they do.

Desire to incorporate their Christian faith into sessions, but I do not limit my clients based on their faith affiliation. I also specialize in working with those who want to heal from past wounds and trauma as well as grief and loss.

I became a therapist because:

It's what I was born to do. I do not care because I am a therapist; I am a therapist because I care and I consider therapy my gift.
