I often work with people who are transitioning into new phases in relationships with family or friends. I work a lot on communication and conflict, as well as coping skills and emotional processing.

I became a therapist because:

I believe all we feel stuck in our own patterns sometimes. I like sitting with people and exploring the patterns and their impact on their lives.
