Something to know about my approach is:

I have over 15 years' experience working with individuals and families facing a wide variety of challenges. I come from a primarily CBT approach that is trauma informed and culturally sensitive. I offer all services in both English and Spanish.

Discuss challenges that have gotten in the way of managing life and relationships, identify what it would look like to thrive, practice strategies to reach these goals, and create a plan to maintain a healthy path after completing therapy.
