I have a passion for helping people feel more grounded, connected, and in tune with their bodies. I specialize in nervous system regulation, which means I work with folks who feel stuck in stress, anxiety, or patterns that don’t feel good — and I help them find more ease, resilience, and self-understanding.

Get to the root of the problem by understanding the whys behind your symptoms and behaviors. And work together to find the right resources for you to find relief from your overwhelm. I believe our bodies hold a lot of wisdom, and when we learn to listen, regulate, and respond with care, real transformation can happen.

With a background in both healthcare and mental health, I take a holistic approach that blends science with heart. I incorporate trauma informed modalities including EMDR and Somatic Experiencing among others, to support people in healing from trauma, burnout, relationship stress, or just feeling overwhelmed by life.

I have personally experienced the magic of a great therapist in my life and have a huge desire to share that healing with others!

Ideally located close to the interstate and easily accessible from Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and Spring Hill.

My ultimate goal is to help clients regain a sense of control and well-being, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives despite their traumatic experiences!
