I utilize a holistic approach providing individual counseling to help you identify your strengths, goals, and barriers. I will assist you in acquiring and incorporating skills that will allow you to improve your overall wellbeing.

discuss what you would like to work on and what services I offer to see if we would be a good fit. Therapy is a collaborative effort and a time for you to work on yourself and I look forward to being a part of this.

I specialize in working with people who:

have a chronic illness, health anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression and life stressors. With experience at Vanderbilt and Yale, I help you identify your strengths, goals, and barriers.

I became a therapist because:

I went through my own chronic illness and can relate to what it feels like to be a patient as well as experience symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I currently offer therapy from the comforts of my own home to reach a larger community. I will be offering in-person in the future.
