My goal as your therapist is to make you feel comfortable to share life experiences by taking the time to build rapport.
I mainly use a CBT approach and facilitate connecting thoughts to actions to behaviors that in turn lead to mental health symptoms. I also work from a person-centered approach and make clients feel very seen and heard.
We will discuss any life experience current or in the past that is causing mental health concerns. I’m also there to listen to the day to day things that come up in your life.
I became a therapist because I have alway enjoyed hearing others share stories and I am able to remain objective when helping them find solutions.
I am completely Telehealth which allows me to be more flexible with my schedule than I was previously. I am able to offer a wide range of availability
I recently began my own practice after birthing my second child. I miss working with clients in the therapeutic setting but also want to be able to be present as a mom. I am hoping to be able to do both things that I am passionate about.
