About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

calm, compassionate, honest, direct, and trustworthy

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I specialize in incorporating EMDR and ego state (parts work) to help clients heal from anxiety, OCD, trauma, and childhood wounding experiences. Focusing on the body allows for healing at a deeper level than traditional talk therapy.

  • Together, we will:

I believing in getting to the root of an issue, not just focusing on talking about symptoms. I am a Christian, and incorporate faith into counseling at client's request. I also host a podcast, Hope for Anxiety and OCD.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

My clients want to do more than talk. They are interested in learning skills to help in their day to day life as well as heal at a body level. I've helped Christians heal from shame they feel for struggling with anxiety or OCD.

  • I became a therapist because:

I started out studying psychology because I was fascinated by the mind and human behavior. I enjoyed working with people and wanted to help them.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I love that people are able to receive counseling from the comfort of their own home. They can even have their pets during session!

  • More about me and my practice:

I also provide counseling intensives, which allow clients with a specific goal for therapy such as overcoming a phobia or healing from a specific traumatic event, the opportunity to do so in a half day or whole day format. Contact me for more info.
