I specialize in working with people who:

are managing chronic and terminal illness, experiencing disruptive life transitions (divorce, job loss, etc), experiencing anxiety or depression, and Veterans' related issues.

I became a therapist because:

I have enjoyed helping people since I was young through their personal crises while promoting personal strength and resilience.

I offer tele therapy through Headway which makes scheduling sessions super easy and convenient!
