I’m a former attorney who graduated with honors from a top-14 law school but found a more meaningful fit in therapy. I help bright, capable adults who feel stuck in self-doubt or burnout. Many are late-diagnosed ADHD or autistic and want practical tools that fit how their minds work. I find self-compassion and confidence is a cure for much of what ails us.

I love people, learning about their lives, and giving them another perspective. Seeing people come out of their shells and feel empowered is one of my life’s greatest joys!
