I use an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning that I use multiple different modalities to create a treatment plan that is just right for you. Above all, I am person centered, meaning you lead the way in deciding what it is you want to work on.

Go at your pace, discuss the issues that you feel are most pressing, and determine a plan of action together. This is a journey, and it's okay to not know where to start! We will figure it out together.
