I utilize a variety of techniques to accomplish healing such as CBT, DBT, trauma focused, EMDR, somatic therapy, polyvagal theory informed therapy, mindfulness (nature, meditation, etc.) and expressive therapies (art, music, dance, crafting, etc.)
