I am an AASECT certified sex therapist, Gottman level 2 and EMDR trained. With couples, I do an intensive assessment to identify therapeutic needs/inform treatment recommendations. I combine talk therapy with experiential exercises and Homework.

We will work work to identify and understand the roots of your issues and build the skills set to actively work toward getting you on the path toward the life and relationships you want to have.

Have mismatches in desire, sex drive, interests and struggle with communicating about and navigating these differences. I also work with the impact of sexual dysfunction and trauma on the relationship.

I want to contribute to people obtaining full and rewarding lives and relationships and help them manage what gets in the way of that.
