I always want to engage in the personal aspects of treatment. Skills are wonderful, but without addressing the deeper concerns, life will not be changed. Every session is an opportunity to work towards the future.
Together, we will:
find the root cause of addiction or behaviors needing to change. As a team, we will search for the patterns of behavior and beliefs that are stored that continue hurting patterns. We will also explore family and relational dynamics.
I specialize in working with people who:
are in need of recovery through substance abuse, alcohol, and mental health disorders.
I became a therapist because:
from my own experience, I have seen the difference that addiction counseling and family systems work has.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I integrate the whole system as appropriate to create long-term change.
More about me and my practice:
I have an in-person and virtual practice throughout the week. I also respond quickly to any message or phone call within the business week.
